Geeks And Nerds Recommend The Smart Bow Tie Style

If you would notice, a lot of young guys nowadays are into wearing nerd glasses. That also goes for guys who don't even need them but still wear them. It is actually a good thing that designers have come up with better ways to promote geek fashion. That way, the real nerds and geeks won't be made fun of anymore because they are considered as fashionable. That also goes to the nerdy bow ties that we only used to see during weddings. Before, we see only geeks and nerds wearing bow ties for school. Bow ties and glasses kind of go well together because they produce a different personality.
For some people, sporting glasses and bow ties on a daily basis is a lifestyle. For some who wear it for fun, it is merely a fashion statement. It would really be nice to take advantage of this time when nerdy glasses and bow ties are the coolest things going on. Even top fashion models prefer the smart look. That's even when they have nothing else to do aside from pretending they were live mannequins.
The smart look includes other specifics such as closed-collared shirts and neckties. Although you would rarely see nerds and geeks wearing neckties, they still count as smart look accessories. Naturally, do not forget those fancy and heavily designed handkerchiefs that will add spice to your look. Since you will be wearing a suit, be reminded that the handkerchief goes into the pocket of the suit. Don't ask why because that is how it is supposed to look like. A lot of guys still favor wearing bow ties over neckties when attending special occasions. Neckties make them look like businessmen which mean they look old. On the other hand, bow ties make them look like young nerdy students which is more acceptable. Obviously, it would be better to look like a young geek than an old business man. I must say that a smart look gift set should include a pair of nerd glasses and a nice set of bow ties. Bow ties need not to be plain and boring. You can choose colorful bow ties with flamboyant designs.
Just make sure that they are of the regular size to make it look normal. The rule of thumb when wearing bow ties casually is to contrast its color to that of your shirt. That way, each one will have a chance to stand out on its own. As for weddings and formal activities, it would be safe to stick with the usual formal colors. It would be a bit difficult to go avant garde during a wedding.
You would not want to grab the lime light away from the bride and the groom. However, that does not apply to the knees down. You can wear your choice of shoes to make up for it. Bear in mind, it would be best to match your shoes with any of your accessories such as your belt or bag. Instead of bringing a bag, you might want to bring a clutch bag instead. It would be much classier and it will definitely work with your smart look.
